Roles and Responsibilities: • Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of "inside" sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling products. • Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to a senior manager. • Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets. • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock. • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues. • Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets • Meet regularly with superior provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team • Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction • Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff • Review and evaluate sales staff performance • Responsible for delivering goods, which are assigned by the superior. Key Skills: • Verbal - Good English and local language. • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done. • Engaging people • Have knowledge of a wide range of Sales techniques and concepts. • Be an excellent communicator.
