Position: Telecom Executives. Must have at least 3 to4 year of experience activities for any telecom project. Job Description: Attend customer complaints & take necessary actions to resolve. Provide Feedback for site planning, in-building solutions planning & optimization Proposing small cells requirement, coordinating their deployment, & coverage verification Periodical Drive/walk test of Macro site, small cell & WiFi eNodeB, small cell & WiFi Operations & maintenance Carrying out physical antenna changes on site as per recommendation by circle HQ Preventive and corrective maintenance of sites to ensure the high network availability Ability to work under aggressive timelines and pressure.
