Training and Development Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly. 3. Compensation and Benefits Handling Payroll Activities and Coordinating with Accounts Department for Salary Disbursement 4. Employee Relations To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all Employees. To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication To conduct exit and grievance interviews with Employees 5. Rules and Regulations To review the rules and regulations on a regular basis and Ensure that every Employee is following it. Key Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Convincing Skills Public Speaking Basic Knowledge of MS-Office.
