I am looking for building contractors taking rs per sq ft including all material cost to build a double bedroom independent house in dilsukhnagar in about 150 sq yards.On contract basis, there is no municipal permission, ground floor only,with marble finishing, fall ceiling, teak doors,should be on a ready to occupy basis., budget cost not more than 10 lacs,building on a agreement basis, if any one interested call , contractors preferably nearby dilsukhnagar Contractors should also be able to handle municipal issues regarding permission
