We are looking for the "Quality Analysts/Assurance- Mortgage Process" Job Description: Call Monitoring Processes: Evaluate the calls made to customers against specified quality norms Identify all improvement areas / errors in all the calls Evaluate the Quality Assurance forms to make the process more robust Calibrate to ensure uniformity in scoring Coach and Mentor the Process Executives in the process Identify and articulate (via feedback) communication and technical gaps/errors based on defined quality standards and process knowledge Work towards creating positive customer experience. Requisites (Associate): Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream Experience-2-3 years of experience in a Contact Center environment; Exposure to Call Quality Assurance would be an added advantage Expertise in MS Office suite Excellent communication skills Ability to identify improvement areas in Calls Knowledge & Experience in Mortgage Services will be an added advantage Eligibility Criteria: Annual rating of EA / EM PE, SPE, SME are eligible to apply for this role Willingness to work in night shift (4:30 PM-1:30AM & 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) Call Monitoring Quality Analyst Selection process Group Discussion / Interview Call Evaluation test Interested candidates can drop their resumes on or contact on or Regards, Sandhya Raj, HR Transgnx
