Job Roles:- Customer will call you regarding the issues of the computer related to software issues like pop calls,error code messages,anti virus issues,issues of mac laptops, I pads and I phones like Activation lock, i phone disable, I tunes etc. Candidates needs to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues. Qualification Required: *HS pass or any Graduate. *Min 1 year exp in tech sales at international BPO. *Strong communication Skills and great convincing power. *Fluency in English should be good. *Flexible to work in any shift. *Candidates must know how to close calls. *Can join immediately. 6 days working 1 roster off.
