To unload the stock sent from the warehouse /supplier with respect to the store and to count the same to ensure that all the stock sent has been received. To document all short / excess receipts of stock as well as damaged stocks received and send back the same to warehouse /supplier after due authorization of the store manager. To do High Value stock check for specified categories as per the schedule and keep shrinkage to the minimum. To participate actively in loss prevention programmes to combat internal and external dishonesty. To ensure availability of full stocks for their store. To stack all the stocks as per the plannogram and ensure that FIFO (First In First Out) Policy is followed. To ensure that expired products are not kept on the shelf. To ensure correct shelf edge ticketing is done as per the policy for their assigned categories. To ensure that correct POP material implementation is done as per the marketing plan for their assigned categories. To ensure cleanliness of the store and the equipments in the store as per the cleaning schedule. To do correct and quick billing and to ensure smooth flow of customer traffic at the tills. To ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of POS machines. To ensure 100% scan percentage. To ensure that all documents and registers are updated. To ensure that all statutory records are updated regularly and kept ready for inspection.
