Track quality trends and prepare reports Suggest process improvements and track them till closure Highlight process gaps found in the course of audit and ensure that actions are taken for their closure in terms of system and process Monitoring overall quality of resolution Ensure complete and accurate resolution of all requests/complaints received from customers across touch points
