We are a young organization in skill development industry and currently hiring for the post of HR Recruiter Job Description: - Responsible for initial short listing of profiles in accordance to the job requirements in hand, maintaining interview schedule process, finalizing the offer, following up till joining. - Understand the delivery needs, establish credibility and build effective relationships with them. - Should be good at multi-tasking and effectively handle the allocated requirements. - Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle - Coordinating and conducting personal interviews at various levels - Salary Negotiation and Joining of Shortlisted Candidates - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. - Should be good in Mapping and documenting all recruitment function processes. - No pressure/ deadline Qualification: any graduate/ post graduate Our office is located in Noida Sector 8
