1. A Leading Real Estate Company is looking for Candidate (Male/Female). for Pune location. 2. Candidate should have at least 1 to 3 Year experience in Real Estate. 3. Must be a pleasant, presentable personality with excellent verbal communication skills. 4. Handling post sales activities till possession. 5. Strong in follow up. 6. Strong coordination between with HFL/Banks and customers. 7. Doing APF, sending demand notes, Agreements, Registration, collection, coordination with Architects, HFL & customers. 8. Ensure that the inquiries are attended within specific period. 9. Setting meetings with the client s. 10. Closure of sales. 11. Achieve the monthly and yearly targets. 12. Should have good convincing skills.
