He shall be accountable for achieving the targets, leading and motivating himself, achieving the width of distribution, conducting displays, building volumes and implementing the marketing and sale promotion strategies. He should have 5 to 7 years of Channel Sales Experience with a proven track record & trains their staff to meet organization goals. He shall get an attractive salary and would be eligible for lucrative incentives. He shall have experience in the area of Traditional trade of handling distributors and Institutional sales. He shall meets prospective customers on daily basis, creates awareness about the products and obtains orders along with payment He Shall establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential customers and other channel. He Shall demo products at customer locations and explains to the customer according to the needs of the customer. He Shall Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly /monthly etc He Shall Compile and Monitors competition by gathering current information on pricing & features etc and submits the same to the company.
