NEEDED:SERVICE DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE IN INDIA

The job requires assisting our customers (from all over India) over phone and emails for our support desk. Although not required, but previous experience in a similar role will be preferred. The candidate must have excellent communication skills--both oral and written. Ideally, the candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada. Must also be willing to work in night shifts.
