Opening for Manager -LAB (Engine testing) in Abroad Company: EDM SOFTWARE SOLUTION Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India Description: EDM SOFTTECH SOLUTION PVT LTD COMPANY [Training & Placements Institute] COIMBATORE 9791684242 Job Description: 1) Perform the Mechanical & Metallurgical testing activities for engine components like, - Hardness Inspection - Tensile testing - Metallography sample preparation - Microstructure analysis - Report preparation 2) Handle & Maintain the metallurgical testing equipment. 3) Maintain the 5S levels within the laboratory and support the team to meet the 5S targets. 4) Perform the NDT activities like Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI) & Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) for the engine components. 5) Knowledge on casting manufacturing processes. 6) Maintain the safety culture within the job responsibilities and support the other team members to attain the safety targets. 7) Knowledge on engine components will be an additional advantage. 8) Minimum level of soft skills are expected.
