We are hiring a fresh graduate/post graduate as recruiter for one of the IT companies in Pune. Qualification: Graduate/post graduate/ MBA Experience: 0-1 year Excellent communication skills required Resposibilities: Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high level skills in time and negotiation with candidates. Handling recruitment from executive level to senior level positions. Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of CV's using different search-(techniques viz. Job Portals, Head Hunting, References, Databank etc. Planning and strategizing for all the recruitments within the defined time frames (SLA basis). Conducting Telephonic interviews & salary negotiation thereafter. Interview Scheduling, all follow up and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the position. if interested send your CV on
