Handling end to end branch activities and responsible for branch turnover and sales figures, bottom-line profit of store. Responsible for preparation of work schedules. Execute and monitor loss prevention, Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc. Maintenance of a high-end store Image, Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards. Responsible for Visual merchandising at the showroom Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service. Ensuring the availability of stock as per market demand and Collaborate with warehouse to ensure the availability of stock. Arrange delivery & fittings on site of furniture as per customer order.
