JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Customer Service · Working On different Station; Production and Service · Preparing the beverage and smooth service on the floor. · Needs to maintain SOPs · Ensuring Service standards · Cashiering · Stock Management · Upkeep of café and Maintenance of hygiene in the café · Performs secondary duties as assigned Special trainings and initiatives for staff development: Entry level staffs are given various trainings like Sales training, Coffee Food and Beverage techniques, Customer Services and special training on Personality development, English language.
