Applications are invited for the following positions in Rajasthan · Outreach workers (ORW-68 Posts): Position for Male & Female · Qualification: Minimum Class 10th and preferably residing in selected district. · Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the health or development sectors, including working experience of HIV will be preferred. Lady GNMs / Health workers with HIV experience will be preferred. Job Description: ORW will lead the field activities of the project. They will identify and facilitate referrals of pregnant women for HIV testing. In coordination with the frontline health workers they will support the pregnant women to access HIV testing facilities. Good knowledge and understanding of social issues and HIV. Location(s): Zone 1. Churu, Jhunjhunu& Sikar Zone 2. Jodhpur & Nagaur Zone 3. Jalore, Sirohi and Rajsamand, Zone 4. Banswara, Bhilwara and Pratapgarh, Zone 5. Bharatpur, Dholpur, Karauli and Sawai Madhopur, Zone 6. Jhalawar and Baran. Salary: Rs per month + Travel reimbursement.
