PULVERISOR MACHINARY IN INDIA

Used 36” Compact Superfine Pulveriser Mill (Singhasini make - Kanpur) mounted on cast iron base plate with serrated manganese steel circular liners system for good pulverization and balance in velocity of air alongwith powerful centrifugal air blower. Feed regulation arrangement of Star Rotor feeder driven through a reduction gearbox system. Cyclone along with inter-connecting ducting operable in closed circuit and in open circuit (with Reverse Jet Pulsaire available optionally) along with dynamic classifier of Japanese Micron Separator design (available optionally). Silica Separator of Hosokawa Micron design incorporated in the mill for micronised grinding and reduction in wear of parts in grinding chamber (i.e. hammers, liners etc) and to improve the purity of the mineral by removal of free silica and non – grindable materials. All the above equipments is available with pulleys but without dust collector.
