Stock entry, Stock delivery & Invoice generation (in SAP) 2. Understand customer s requirement and accordingly prepare of various stock reports, movement reports etc for timely submission of reports. 3. Maintaining stock ledger of spare parts, diesel, lubricant, Slings etc and reconciliation of the same to calculate the closing for accounts. 4. Attending Custom s preventive officer for clearance of Bonded cargo, maintain proper Bond Register and prepare monthly movements reports to be submitted to customs as per prescribed format. 5. Verify vendor s work details and maintain proper register for bill verification. 6. Maintain container stock & Daily report generation for Empty container handling. (OR) 15 years of administrative experience out of which eight years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. (3) Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work and professional commitment, computerization of library. Deputy Registrar -> (1) A master degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale (5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST category). (2) 9 years experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. and above with experience in educational administration. (OR) Comparable experience in Research Establishments and/or other Institutions of Higher Education. (OR) 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post. Assistant Librarian -> (1) A Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library. (2) Qualification in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC. Assistant Director -> (1) A Master's Degree in Physical Education or Master's Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) with a consistently good academic record. (2) Record of having represented the University/College at the Inter-University/Inter- Collegiate competitions or the State and / or national Championships.
