Stock entry, Stock delivery & Invoice generation (in SAP) 2. Understand customer s requirement and accordingly prepare of various stock reports, movement reports etc for timely submission of reports. 3. Maintaining stock ledger of spare parts, diesel, lubricant, Slings etc and reconciliation of the same to calculate the closing for accounts. 4. Attending Custom s preventive officer for clearance of Bonded cargo, maintain proper Bond Register and prepare monthly movements reports to be submitted to customs as per prescribed format. 5. Verify vendor s work details and maintain proper register for bill verification. 6. Maintain container stock & Daily report generation for Empty container handling. (3) Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work and professional commitment, computerization of library. Deputy Registrar -> (1) A master degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale (5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST category). (2) 9 years experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. and above with experience in educational administration.
