Position Name JUNIOR ASSOCIATE [OPERATION ASSISTANT] SBU LOGISTICS INFRASTUCTURE Location CFS SONAPUR Total Number of Positions 1 Minimum Qualification Graduate (Non - Engineering) [Any Discipline] Minimum Post Qualification Experience 3 years Age in years(max.) 30 Salary Rs. 1.8 2.1 Lakh p.a. onwards based on duration and quality of experience Personal Profile Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills Roles & Responsibility The key responsibilities of the incumbent will be 1. Stock entry, Stock delivery & Invoice generation (in SAP) 2. Understand customer s requirement and accordingly prepare of various stock reports, movement reports etc for timely submission of reports. 3. Maintaining stock ledger of spare parts, diesel, lubricant, Slings etc and reconciliation of the same to calculate the closing for accounts. 4. Attending Custom s preventive officer for clearance of Bonded cargo, maintain proper Bond Register and prepare monthly movements reports to be submitted to customs as per prescribed format. 5. Verify vendor s work details and maintain proper register for bill verification. 6. Maintain container stock & Daily report generation for Empty container handling.
