WANTED FOR A BANK VALUER s OFFICE FOR CHENNAI AND SURROUNDING AREAS ASSOCIATE VALUERS Candidates must be Graduates in Civil/Mechanical Engineering registered as an approved valuer with valuation experience of 2 to 3 years. Preference will be given to persons registered with IT & WT for movable/immovable assets. He must be able to understand the overall strategy of the organization and must be able to have a significant oversight on all the projects undertaken by the Assistant Valuers and Junior Valuers assigned to him. Must be able to Guide, Train, and Develop a team under him. Others with around 6-8 years experience in this field can also apply. ASSISTANT VALUERS candidates must be Graduates/ Diploma In Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Graduates in any relevant field with 3 / 4 years experience in a valuer s office valuing different class of assets. Must be able to have a significant oversight on all the projects undertaken by the junior valuers assigned to him. Must be able to guide, train, and develop a team under him. JUNIOR VALUERS Must be a Graduates/ Diploma In Civil/Mechanical Engineering in any relevant field preference will be given to candidates having minimum one year experience in a valuer s office valuing different class of assets.
