Handling multiple clients efficiently in order to get the requirements and allocate the same to the recruiters for successful trails. Effective coordination with clients and client relationship management is crucial. Regular follow ups with the Technical Team and Floor Managers in regards to service delivery. Extensive interaction with clients companies recruitment team and technical panel is a must in order to track of the client satisfaction.
