Responsibility of monitoring Call tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion. His responsibility is to Follow-up with participants within a Roles & Responsibilities: Should be able to answer to emails timely ensuring adherence to the process standards. Follow up customer calls made wherever is necessary Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company. Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
