REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGER IN INDIA

Keep up-to-date product / process knowledge * Instructing new hire and conducting process specific training * Conducting refresher/ corrective trainings * Developing training content * Review existing training materials and make revisions. * Generate training reports * Complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of student data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner Desired candidate: - Must be a graduate - Must to speak Hindi or Telugu or Kannada - Minimum of 6 experience in BPO Industry and 4 years experience in Training. - Female candidates are preferable - Willing to travel across India for training (Once in a month) Interested and suitable candidates can forward their profiles for interview schedule to or contact me over
