Training the clients by providing demo on usage of online trading platform. Maintaining relationships with existing clientele by providing them exceptional individualized customer service, thereby achieving targeted growth & service norms. Handling customer queries & making sure the queries are resolved in expected TAT. Develop a comprehensive understanding of investment products. Maintaining Daily MIS. Coordination for installation of ODIN / Now software.
