SOFTWARE ENGINEER IS REQUIRED IN INDIA

1. Understand client requirements and translate it into functional understanding 2. Work with the Project Owner to provide effort's estimates for the project/modules and create development plans 3. Implement the project development under organizational guidelines & processes 4. Participate in the complete development phase of software delivery, including testing, troubleshooting, and more 5. Review code for team members, peers for code standards compliance 6. Make sure Developers complete tasks by the end of the sprint -- participating in regular feedback meetings with developers. 7. Lead a team of Senior Engineers, Engineers & Trainee Engineers and provide constructive feedback and prepare development plans or the team members 8. To interact with customers wherever needed Male /Female: Both Desired Candidate Profile: * Expert level technical proficiency in PHP, MySQL on LAMP stack using OOPS and best practices * Experience in Symfony -- Desirable. Good as long as the candidate has a good understanding of OOPS * Experience in AngularJS -- Desirable. Atleast a good understanding of Javascript is good, Must be able to appreciate Object Oriented Javascript * Proficient in Web Service, SVN, Apache, MySQL server configuration on Linux * Minimum of 5+ yrs of total experience, 2+ yrs of experience in the technical lead role * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA) * Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
