Skilled Required: *Should be strong in English communication. *Should speak Hindi, English, Bengali. *Should have basic knowledge of computers. *Experience in the Recruitment Domain is preferred. *Min 6 months in recruitment Profile. *Experience in a consultancy, International BPO as a recruiter is preferred. Job Description: 1. Good knowledge about Hiring. 2. Sourcing the candidates using different portal. 3. Basic understanding of recruitment cycle. 4. Do attractive job postings on different portals. 5. Taking Telephonic & Face to Face Interviews. 6. Handling employee grievances. 7. Providing Induction Training. Pay Scale: Negoitable. Shift Timings (Fixed): 9 AM TO 6 PM (Monday to Saturday) Privileges provided to Employees: 1. Salary will be provided exactly on 5th of every month. 2.
