Job(shift) Timings- Job is for night Shift that is 9 pm to 6 am. Salary Structure- Basic Salary + Monthly Incentives + Other Incentives + Spot Incentives(which is given on daily basis) + Travelling Allowance + Attendance Allowance. Fixed Basic salary- Inr to Inr (Depending upon the interview or last drawn salary) Monthly Incentives- Inr to Inr (Depending upon the Sales or performance) Other Incentives- 300 Inr to 600 Inr (Depending upon the Sales or performance) Spot Incentives- 200 Inr to 500 Inr (Depending upon the Sales or performance) Travelling and Attendance Allowance.- Inr given Extra with Fixed Basic Salary.
