Well, people from other cities can apply but they need to take care of their accommodation. It will require huge amount of commitment and loads of hard work to take it to the top. Please note: he/she will not be responsible for the UI/UX. For that I already have a partner. He/she has to be a kick ass coder. And should be extremely good at it. Should be able to constantly evolve the App as well. (Managing the business side of it would be an added bonus).
