Timing - 7AM-4 PM, 2 PM -11 PM (Shift time) Salary expectation - PM Alternate week off (Not on sunday) Qualification - Any graduate - BE/BSc/Msc (Or any science graduate)/ degree of hardware networking have to Provide SMS support to clients in effective and easier way. Need to use Strong technical and analytical skills. Need to do problem analysis and resolution of software problems. Have to handle clients professionally during all interfaces. Must have to make a feedback call to the clients to know about their satisfaction and facing problem as well. have to maintain record for feedback given by the client. Have to manage office IT support when ever required.
