TECHNICAL SUPPORT WINDOWS (2 5 YEARS) IN INDIA

Key Responsibilities: Management and resolution of technical issues logged by customers in the U.K. Drive improvements in process and culture within the RM group, with a focus on both internal and external customer satisfaction. Contribute to technical support knowledge base. Minimum Qualification and Experience: Having at least 1 to 4years of work experience in technical support. Mandatory Skills: Experience in Windows Server , Win 7,Win 8. Experience in Active directory & group policies. Exposure to IIS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Microsoft network concepts and Microsoft platform client server network. Experience in managing Antivirus products (Symantec corporate edition). Expertise in Backup solutions (Symantec backup exec, MS NT Backup). Exposure to troubleshooting hardware issues. Desired Skills: Knowledge in VM Ware, Hyper V,SAN,Exchange,Office 365. Knowledge of remote support tools like Netop, PcAnywhere, RDP, Logmein (Rescue) etc. Exposure to disaster recovery of servers. Configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, switches, routers. Familiar with storage solutions. Competency Requirement: Should be customer focused with an eye on customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure. Good planning, organising & time management skills. Must be a team player, energetic with a positive attitude.
