At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the Automobile Online Business industry Excellent telephone skills Demonstrated ability to priorities issues Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way to working Should have a pleasant personality. Patient towards handling & training difficult clients. Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external) Excellent communication skills verbal and written Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization Should be a street smart, go-getter, capable of convincing buyers with minimum effort. Should be able to do the required data mining, map local markets & proactively devise innovative ways of acquiring new buyers in a given territory Willing and able to work unsocial hours on occasions to complete tasks. Role:- Fixing appointments with Individuals, dealers, brokers, financers, fleet owners & other buyers. Validating identities of buyers against documents provided and approving the registration formalities. Conducting telephonic training of first time users & helping them to complete their registration requirements. Guiding first time users to participate in live online events. Escalating disputes to regional teams. Forwarding SELLER LEADS to Respective Managers. Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives Intimating buyers regarding scheduled online events daily. Provide daily update to reporting operations managers regarding number of buyers (trained & approved) activated against targeted nos. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business Handling inbound calling and maintaining the MIS. Handling customer queries and complaints. Market-Making- Creating a market when market does not exist.
