TRAVEL COORDINATOR / TOUR COORDINATOR IN INDIA

Tour Coordinator requires to plan, price and promote tours for various types of clients. Also plans domestic tours including lodging, food and transportation arrangements; negotiates with tour operators on domestic and international tour packages and ticketing. Arranges pre-tour briefings; arranges for space, speakers, refreshments and audiovisual equipment. Periodically travels to assist during tour with seat assignments, luggage and various other problems. Conducts post-tour evaluations, analyses and reports response. Promotes programs and generates publicity.
