Job Role: - Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications. - Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining @ the client site. - Ensures the joining of the selected candidates. - Responsible to take telephonic interviews of the candidates. - Coordinating with the candidates and HR during Walk-In Interviews. -Maintaining database through references & job portals. - Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
