URGENTLY REQUIRED SR. SYSTEM ENGINEER IN INDIA

Remotely manage offshore & onshore IT, provide L1 & L2 calls support for CACTUS Understand the type of call and provide support or escalate to the right team of Server administration or Network Continuously explore and enhance IT support by interacting closely with the various staff divisions in CACTUS Manage IT helpdesk independently Troubleshooting to business related applications and co-ordinate concern team to resolve the problem Responsible for the maintenance of Desktop, Network, Laptop & Server Need to perform LAN troubleshooting and desktop connectivity support Willing to work in shifts You fit the bill if you have 2 - 3 years of experience in providing support for IT Support Degree in BE/B.Sc/BCA/B.tech- Any Specialization Certifications like MCSC/ MCITB or CCNA (Preferred) Knowledge of Ms office and other reporting tools Analytical skill to understand customer behaviour and need Expert knowledge in any of two domains: Server Admin, AD, Networking, Linux, Virtualization & Firewall management. Open to working in shifts
