WANTED A FEMALE TRAINER (SEMIVOICE) FOR AN INTERNATIONAL BPO IN INDIA
Duties and Tasks / Essential Functions: Conduct process training for new hires, up skill training for existing /new semi voice processes or refresher training. Monitor new hires during the training period Instructing new hire and conducting process specific training To implement the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner To achieve a desirable training output and generate training reports Create training content and modify the existing training content on regular basis Conducting refresher/ corrective trainings Ability to executive training tasks / assignments on short notice Maintains and shares training reports on time Interested to deliver & contribute towards process improvement Plan & improve training workshops & projects to monitor & groom poor performers Improve team capabilities through coaching and mentoring To contribute towards building an excellent training delivery team People Management / People Development Qualification / Skills: Candidates (FEMALES) who are Graduates (those who are pursuing their degree through correspondence can also apply) Candidates should have TRAINER exp with 0 to 1 years experience in the service industry. Domestic / International Semi Voice Process trainers are preferred Good understanding of the BPO industry Good English Communication Skills with the ability to speak and write clearly & accurately with effective listening skills Demonstrated proficiency in typing and use of computer software Experience of classroom training Willingness to join immediately or at a short notice Salary & Perks: Excellent Salary & Perks as per Industry Standards and would not be a constraint for the right candidate Day Shift only
