WANTED WORDPRESS DEVELOPER - WEB/HTML/INFO DESIGN IN INDIA

We are developing a Tenant/ Landlord rental website. We are using this theme. apushome real estate wordpress theme. Demo can be checked here. https://getsmm.cf/demo/bb/ I need further customization In Landlord Dashboard, Instruction Form, Manage Properties (Delete, Add, edit), Book a Valuation, Dairy, Messaging system. In Tenants Dashboard, Book Viewing, Dairy, Messaging system, Manage saved properties. Need to customize the menu, search filters/categories has to be changed add navigation arrows for featured properties slider etc.. like that small changes are other changes are there. There is an admin dashboard also. I think most of the features are in the theme. Looking for someone to complete the work as required as I need to handover the work to my client. I have described the main features. You know almost all the clients will ask to do small additional corrections. Please do not tell, I will not do this, I will not do that, this will cost additional etc... DO not use a lot Plugins. Already the theme has lot plugin. Code should be light weight. So, the site will load faster. Need to provide daily update of the work status. If you did not update me more more than 2 days, I will cancel the project. Because I have faced a lot issues with freelancers not completing the work on time. You must have the commitment to complete the work. Compensation Rs 10,000/- Thanks
