YOGA & MEDITATION CLASS FOR STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS IN INDIA
Yoga Classes are Conducted for all Age Groups especially for Students and Working Professionals on Saturday and Sundays. Also Meditation classes are conducted for the Mind Relaxation and for Good Concentration Power. Persons suffering from Head ache, Back pain, Neck Pain and Kneel Pain are taken care. Also we train to reduce the weight by doing simplified Yoga. For ladies separate lady Instructors will instruct to do Yoga and Instructions will be given to reduce their Weight.
