We all write our own CV’s, isn't it? But does my CV really tell the reader (HR or a hiring manager) enough about me? Imagine an HR manager who is surfing through CV’s with similar education, career objectives, marks or percentages. How good are the chances of your CV getting shortlisted? One advantage for getting shortlisted could be your internships or work experience. Besides that the HR manager is also interested to know how clear you are about your own self as an individual, beyond your academic qualifications or marks. What are you good at, your interest areas, how will you cope up with challenges when you work in a team?These need NOT be exactly known to you because you may not have reflected enough or observed it for yourself. We encourage you to write on your own first and then participate in our training program. We have designed internship of 2 weeks, where we ask you to participate in 3 face to face group sessions, and alongside you write your CV at home. We take 3-4 students in a batch who commit to work on themselves for at least 2 weeks. Candidates may decide to continue exploring themselves further to understand and find suitable job roles which excite them. We do not have quick answers or any short cuts of success for anyone; we work with candidates who are willing to take equal responsibility and pain to find answers for themselves, and see us as partners in their exploration journey.    Broadly the 3 sessions are:1. Self analysis-In this session you discover your thinking and decision-making patterns through simple daily life questions.2. Group discussion-where we encourage you to talk about your experiences working or dealing with friends, in college societies, any internships or any other significant experience of yours.3. Possible job functions and resume review – in this session we discuss which job functions will interest you, and why. Also your peer group members including us review your CV and give you feedback.

Benefits: Death Benefit: On death of the Life Assured before the stipulated Date of Maturity provided the policy is in full force by paying upto-date premiums, Death Benefit, defined as sum of “Sum Assured on Death”, vested Simple Reversionary Bonuses and Final Additional Bonus, if any, shall be payable.
