ASSOCIATE EQUIPMENT ENGINEER ON SINGAPORE IN INDIA

Purpose of the Job (Why the job exists): • To provide line technical support for Test Semicon Equipments that are used in the production floor. • Ensure follow OCAP execution (Socket + Load board isolation) as 1st level problem solving due to site to site yield and setup quality sustainability. • Ensure follow Handler OCAP machine troubleshooting to sustain setup stability & control OEE performance achievement. Key Job Accountabilities • On line support to machine troubleshooting. • Responsible for Housekeeping, spares and other logistical property control. • Ensure handler performance optimization. • Ensure effective OCAP execution to sustain setup performance • Ability to perform effective line OCAP, apply systematically socket & load board ocap execution. • Ensure do escalation on tester repair after load board ocap done but problem persisted • Ensure do escalation on handler if jam rate occurrence more than 6 times/day • Do Socket Monitoring Dashboard monitoring on socket insertion lifespan reached limit & replace socket immediately • Ensure setup time & unscheduled downtimes meet KPI based on Mean time to repair (MTTR) & Waiting time (WT) • Do shift handover & communication with incoming/outgoing for outstanding issue follow up continuation Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired): • Requires knowledge in electronics and mechanical principles and through understanding of Final Testing ATE machine & technology is an advantage. • Requires through knowledge of practical applications of concepts, procedures and guidelines to solve extremely complex problems • Meticulous, independent, analytical and possess good / positive interpersonal skill. Must be a team player and hard working. • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent (E3) • Minimum Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent with minimum of 5 years experience in Final Test Line Support operation is an advantage.
