BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER IN INDIA

We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, highly motivated Business Development Manager to support our business. The right candidates are excellent communicators, comfortable in a fast-moving startup, and able to deliver solid results. What you'll do: Approach potential clients via numerous channels to sell our products and services Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails; Manage client relationships to assure best in class service Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; Gathering market and customer information; Liaise with existing clients to seek and drive more business opportunities We're looking for: You have an excellent understanding of SME and enterprise sales, and you're able to prioritize and be a team player to get things done. You're unafraid to experiment and you have a deep understand of the market and cultural dynamics of South Indian market. You're used to thinking on your feet and coming up with ideas that may not be conventional but will produce results. You don't wait around for things to happen; you go out and find things to do. Problem Solver. You can quickly assess client's pain points and come up with comprehensive and tangible solutions. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT solutions and service Industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) The candidate should have sound knowledge in Sales and B2B marketing Good Communication and presentation Proven ability to work as a team and independently Extensive Travel is Involved for the role and hence should own a vehicle
