JOB DESCRIPTION: 1.Handling international clients/consumers for the above mentioned country we are catering. 2.Receiving calls from the customers to solve their problems. 3.Troubleshooting the customers problems. 4. Up selling & promotion of products & provide after sales support. SHIFT TIMINGS:FULL TIME UK and USA PM to 9.30PM & 10PM to 7AM 20% HIKE IN SALARY REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALITIES: Experienced in International outbound Tech Process will be eligible. 18+ candidates would qualify for this position. Good communication skills in English. Goal oriented and has to be a nice team player to work with.
