We are currently hiring for Call Verifier JOB DESCRIPTION: 1-3 years of work experience in International Voice process (Sales/Verifier/Quality) Should have exposure to audit the sales calls of agents Maintain quality as per the standard Should be good in MIS and data uploading Auditing the agent's Call and sharing the feedback to the respective team members Verifying and closing calls Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Recommend process improvements. ELIGIBILITY: Gender: Both Male & Female candidates, may apply. Education: Graduate in any stream Skills: Good communication skills in English. Experienced and Fresher may apply. Age: Between 18 40 may apply. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday.
