1-Sales planning for the month and ensuring revenue & profit targets are met 2-Responsible marketing execution at store level. 3-Responsible for overall team management. 4-personally meet and engage customers and manage HNI customers 5.Drive revenue targets as the prime responsibility. 6. Responsible for sales & customer service / operations for the clinic 7. Manage operations/maintenance/customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of these. 8. Handle team of 12 team members including sales, customer service, House keeping. Ensure the hygiene, cleanliness and upkeep of the centre.
