Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver service and support to end-users Over Phone. Interact with customers to provide process information in response to product and service requests. Identify and escalate priority issues as per Client specifications. Redirect problems to appropriate resource. Record call transactions with given database. Follow up and make scheduled return calls to customers. Note: No target-based job. Candidates with good English communication skills must apply only. Min 10+2 qualification. Must have computer knowledge. 6 months experienced preferred. Skill and Knowledge Qualifications: Good English and Hindi Communication Ability to speak and write clearly in English without grammatical errors. Knowledge of customer service practices. Effective listening skills. Ready to work in rotational shift Timings Preferable from a e.com background. Good Knowledge of computer.
