Role: Graphic Designer Experience: 0 To 1 Years Job location: Pune Opening: 2 Qualification: B.E/B.Tech / BCA / MCA/ MCM / Graphic Designer Course Key skills: Adobe Suite,Corel Draw, Flash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Salary: No bar Profile and Desired skills:- • Talented UI/UIX designer with skills not only to create high quality graphics, but the ability to apply their creations to a user-cantered design. • Strong Photoshop, illustrator, Flash, html and CSS knowledge and the ability to position and control UI elements are mandatory. • Should have an understanding of how to construct designs, which are flexible enough to display across multiple browsers, screen sizes, platforms and devices. • Most importantly, the designer should be able to understand how the end-users will want to instinctively interact with the UI and provide them with the ability to perform tasks intuitively. • Should have strong interaction design skills: wire-framing, prototyping • Should possess excellent communication, both written and spoken English, with both technical and not-so-technical consultants and should have the ability to explain why a design works or why it doesn’t? • Skilled at building original web sites and applications focused on user experience. • Must be self-directed, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:- • Part of a design process involving research, experimentation, and revision • Incorporate usability testing feedback. • Elicit constructive feedback and capable of interpreting and subsequently incorporate that feedback into design solutions. • Perform field research to discover and implement important design details that people may not realize they need. • Collaborate with others and work well with developers and product management.
