GRAPHIC DESIGNER / WEBSITE DESIGNER IN INDIA

Looking for a graphic designer to start soon for 12 months +. It will be a two step interview process, one interview on the phone the other, an informal chat over a coffee. The employer would be small publishing house from Edinburgh, Scotland. I am looking for a graphic designer to 1. Design Icons 2. Make flat SVG Icons for website 3. General Advice on website aesthetics 4. Familiar with Wacom Tablets I also require someone who could turn simple characters drawn by the Wacom into Javascript/JQuery code which could then be executed in real time on the website. Position will start on the 1st of September, and will be paid approximately Rp /pcm.
