Job opening for HR manager at Jyoti Enterprises (currently running Subway outlets in Pune) Location: Pune Job description: Recruitment & selection (Hiring of employees, developing and conducting aptitude tests, taking interviews, shortlisting of candidates) Training & development (Formulating training modules, on-site training of employees) Issuance of offer/appointment letters etc. Induction/Orientation for new joinees. Maintaining database of employees and keeping track of leaves, pays, etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic Well versed with MS office: MS Excel, MS powerpoint.
