Job Description Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process.Understanding & preparing the job description.Sourcing quality profiles - From the Job portals, internal data base, Mass mailing etc.Sourcing, Screening & Short listing the candidates through various mediums.Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization, etc.Checking the suitability of the candidate.Taking telephonic round of interview.Scheduling interviews in co-ordination with the department and closing the requirements. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision making skills.
