Any fresher completed with Marketing specialization in their MBA/PGDM. 2. This position is on Sales commission basis. No salary will be paid. No expenses will be paid. 4. The interested candidate need to study our services from the website and understand them. There will be interview/screening process. They need to send their profile along with the MBA [Marketing] completed provisional script. Along with the ID proof. They can mention from which location they would like to work. 5. Once the profile is screened, we can offer as Marketing Associate [on commission based]. Once the offer is accepted by the candidate, we can nominate him for our corporate services training through Web based. They can attend from their location itself. 6. During the training the commission details will be explained to them. After successful completion of training they will be given locations to start the Human Capital services/products marketing surrounding to his chosen location/city. 7. After four months, their sales performance can be assessed against to the targets given to them, to offer a permanent position [under payroll]. Otherwise, they will be continued on commission based only. 8. The selected candidate need to have their own Laptop/Data card/Vehicle/Cell phone. No travelling charges and no expenses will be paid.
